(Austin, UK, 1992) 'Charles Austin' x 'Abraham Darby' 1.5' |

This one is really too new with me to judge, but it sure is looking promising. Although the shrub itself is still too tiny to show the graceful habit that Austin promises, the blossoms are just magnificent. Lovely, perfectly cupped blossoms of a creamy golden yellow, exactly the color of the darkest part of Hall's honeysuckle, and nearly as fragrant. I'm looking forward to next season.
